Frye Island is a resort town located in Sebago Lake in Cumberland County, Maine.  It is accessible by ferry from Raymond Neck.  The town is comprised of 1,000 wooded acres and 22 miles of dirt road.

The town of Frye Island is home to two marinas.  The Long Beach Marina, which is owned by the town, opened in 1997 and includes a lagoon area.  The town is also home to many public beaches and a golf club.

Frye Island Homes and Real Estate:  In 2010, there were 366 Frye Island homes and an average of 275 homes per square mile.  Less than one percent of Frye Island homes are occupied by renters, although all but 5 residents of the town are seasonal.  Some Frye Island homes are waterfront houses facing Sebago Lake.
